These terms apply to this website and to every berth and boat rental booked at the marina. By booking you accept them for everyone in your party.
Dock photographs, vessel specifications and marina maps are ours; please do not copy them for commercial use. We keep the pages current, but weather and water conditions change faster than any page can.
A booking is confirmed only when we write back to say so. Payment terms and cancellation are set out on the booking page.
We provide the boat, expert skipper, all safety gear and meals aboard. You bring your own clothing, arrange your own transport to the marina and sort your travel insurance.
Wind, waves or crew conditions may mean we shorten a route or change course. The skipper's decision is final.
Time on the water involves real risk. We run every trip with proper training and care, but we're not responsible for damage from weather, equipment failure or conditions beyond our control.
