Fishing boats moored year-round

Reserve a date and we hold it seven days while you arrange your mooring. No charge during this holding period.

Boat ramp access for every season

Your slip is confirmed once we receive the deposit. The balance is due thirty days before your start date, or immediately if you book within that window.

Marina slips for your vessel

Reschedule once for free up to twenty-one days before arrival, to any available slip in the same season. A second change depends on us re-renting your original slot.

Rowing boat storage solutions

• More than thirty days ahead: full refund except the deposit
• Fifteen to thirty days ahead: half the slip fee is refunded
• Under fifteen days: no refund, but you may transfer your reservation to another boater

Lake shore moorings

A slip requires minimum occupancy terms. If we cannot meet them, we notify you twenty-one days ahead and you choose: another date, another slip, or a complete refund.

Pier maintenance and wooden restoration techniques

Water activity insurance is required to book. Tell us about any damage, maintenance needs, or restrictions on your vessel — it helps us plan your stay and dock assignment, never affects your welcome.

Seasonal boat launch and retrieval

Slip space, dock access, basic mooring equipment, and utilities for every night booked. Fuel, personal supplies, and insurance are extra.
